The ripping of the JCPOA by Trump was a major turning point. The agreement imposed restrictions and international monitoring on Iran’s nuclear program. Instead of abandoning diplomacy, we should understand that JCPOA was working well as per Israeli intelligence, US intelligence, IAEA and all intelligence agencies such as of China, India, Germany, France, UK, and Italy.
Today, Iran faces demands for sweeping restrictions on its nuclear and missile capabilities, while Israel maintains overwhelming military power and is widely believed to possess nuclear weapons. If regional security is the goal, shouldn’t the same principles apply to everyone?
The strikes and escalating confrontations of 2025 and 2026 demonstrate the enormous danger of allowing military action to replace negotiations. Every escalation risks more deaths, wider regional instability, and enormous economic costs.
And we must challenge propaganda regardless of where it comes from.
Don’t blindly believe governments. Don’t blindly believe television networks. Don’t blindly believe social media.
Follow the evidence. Check the sources. Question everyone.
Criticizing a government’s policies is not hatred toward its people. Supporting diplomacy is not supporting any particular regime. And opposing war is not weakness.
The United States has the power to pursue diplomacy instead of endless escalation.
Americans deserve peace and prosperity—not another war.
The world deserves the same.
